All too often we are given advice that doesn’t honor that each one of us has our own path full of unique, enriching experiences that will shape us. The best support I received on my journey was from someone who held pure space for me to be seen, heard, and didn’t try to fix me. They could see my journey from a different perspective and gently guided me through my fears and limited view. They saw me as whole, capable and resourceful which empowered me to listen to my inner guidance and have more trust as I walked my own path. I am passionate about providing that same support to others. I believe in using gentle practices that are rooted in love and centered around nature to create a positive catalyst for transformation that is sustainable, long lasting, and fills one with more joy throughout the journey.
